This page explains what mercurimusic.com does with your data. It is short because the site does very little with it.

Mercuri Music is responsible for this website. If anything here is unclear, or if you want us to delete something, write to info@mercurimusic.com and we will answer.

What we do not do
We do not use analytics of any kind, so we do not measure or record your visit. We do not show advertising and we do not work with advertising networks. We do not build profiles of our visitors. We do not sell, rent or share your data with anyone. And we do not use tracking cookies.

What the site stores in your browser
One single thing: the language you chose, so that the site opens in that language the next time you come back. It stays on your device, it is not sent to us, and you can erase it at any moment by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Services loaded from other companies
Three parts of this site are served by other companies. When your browser asks them for those files, it necessarily tells them your IP address. We have no access to that information.

Google Fonts serves the typeface the site is written in. Vimeo serves the videos in Works, and may set its own cookies when you play one, under Vimeo's own privacy policy. DigitalOcean Spaces serves the album covers and the audio previews.

Server records
Our server keeps the usual access records — IP address, date and time, the page requested and the browser used. They exist to keep the site running and secure, they are not used to identify anyone, and they are kept for a limited time and then deleted.

If you write to us
There is no form on this site: contact is by email. If you write to us, we keep your message and your address for as long as we need to reply and to have a record of the conversation. Nothing else, and nowhere else.

Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@mercurimusic.com. You do not need to explain why.

Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect any data from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, write to us and we will delete it.

Changes to this page
If what we do changes, this page changes with it, and so does the date at the top.
